"Sensible News" (hereinafter "Company"), providing the Star Platform service, highly values your personal information and complies with the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection" of the Republic of Korea.

• Items Collected: Encrypted identification information (based on SNS ID), service registration date and time, star (point) acquisition and usage status, donation status, and customer support inquiry details.
• Automatically Collected Information: Device identifiers (to prevent fraudulent use) and visit logs.
• Collection Method: Collected upon service login and voluntary posting of comments.

The collected information is used solely for the following purposes:

• User identification and verification of accumulated point (star) rewards.
• Verification of Star Page ownership and dispatch of magic links.
• Management of ad viewing history and calculation of revenue rankings.
• Checking acknowledgment of operational notices (pop-ups).

6. Child Safety and Anti-Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy

The Company prioritizes the safety of children and teenagers and strictly enforces a Zero-Tolerance Policy against any content or behavior related to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

• Prohibited Actions: We strictly prohibit creating, distributing, sharing, promoting, or accessing any form of content that sexually objectifies children or involves child sexual abuse material within the app.
• Reporting and User Blocking Mechanisms: Users can immediately report any inappropriate content or malicious users through the in-app 'Report' feature or by contacting our official administrator email at [email protected]. Violating accounts will be permanently suspended or blocked immediately without prior warning.
• Law Enforcement Actions: In compliance with applicable laws, the Company will immediately report illegal users who violate the child safety policy to relevant law enforcement agencies (such as the local police agency) and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and take strong legal action.
